IPA - New England / hazy. 7% ABV. Solemn Oath Brewery. Naperville, IL. A solemn oath x half acre joint. To its admirers, grow light has guts. A pineapple, lime, and tangerine aromatic tincture that takes heed of a resin foundation from the land of the long white cloud. All NZ Cascade, Motueka, Waimea, and Southern Cross raise the conceptual frames on which composers hang their craft. One of the finer things about this 7% hazy IPA is that the hop cuts shine bright with watermelon rind, a fruity bitterness, and minerality pulled from one hundred million years of active volcanic soil in the sea air.
