Sour - fruited. 5.9% ABV. 10 IBU. Upland Brewing Company. Bloomington, IN. Blackberry is fermented by wild yeast and aged in oak casks for nearly a year, which creates a tart, complex beer. We then add whole blackberries grown in Indiana giving the beer enticing aromas and flavors. The beer is bottle conditioned, which adds zesty and refreshing carbonation.
